Apple Blossoms and cotton candy

My favorite orchid,

our "apple blossom" orchid, is in bloom. This thing is AMAZING to look at and it smells like heaven!

We are also lucky enough to have this guy,

right next to our front door. It's the craziest thing, this amaryllis smells just like cotton candy!

I am blissful today with all of the wonderful sights and smells!

Midnight Madness

Last night, Jim and I ran a 5k...at midnight! It was so much fun. We both set personal bests with our time! I clocked 0:25:31, which is amazing. If you know me, you know I am a slow runner. Jim clocked just a smidgen over 25. Next on our list of things to conquer: a 10k.
